[Derek pulls out his phone and calls the number he sees on one of the many maps of the building he has. Under his breath his is mumbling.]

Yeah, hello? The power at the atrium is out and there are band members here needed to rehearse for the concert, can you send whatever electrician you use over here? One of the band members is throwing a fit.
