You've joined us at an interesting time. Normally we get a warning every month from Retrospec employees, who never reply to our messages, about a problem detected by their system and something inconvenient at best happens in the city. Now it's just us and the one employee who does talk to us. I'm surprised the app can take new people without someone hitting the right buttons behind the scenes.
