He smiles a little at what he can feel of her dense fur, it's magnificent. Togusa takes a step before he notices, "Hunh?" He plucks the note off of his chest and peers at it to read. "Oh, is this you? That's a useful ability." He grins. "This will be easier if you can talk back!"

"But where to?" He trudges up some more of the snow, and looks down the path ahead of them. "I think," he gestures straight ahead, "this one will be the easiest to scout out first. Eliminate one of the possibilities?"

"If we have to go back on a hike later, we can do that." He seems a little cheerful. But his boots are well-suited to the snow, so he can keep up with the wolf-pads easily enough.
