Well, at least Togusa gets it, because yes, this whole ordeal has been a real trial as it preys on Malik's insecurities. The silver lining to that being, he's done this so many times that he's starting to become fatigued to the constant back and forth feelings of vulnerability and inadequacy, so it's not weighing on him as heavy as before.
