Hypothetically speaking for prompt four, if Derek just looses patience with people who won't listen to him, how effective using the Cheering Charm or the Imperious Curse on the people of Magatus be?

Or if Derek just... magically moved them with Mobilicorpus? How would other people of Magatus react?
