Li-Na crouches down behind a snow bank, looking out at the ocean and the floating buildings. This looks... extremely dangerous. She's pretty sure that shadow creature just ate a whale. No wonder everything is so silent around here. Nothing wants to be noticed by one of those. Looking at the person next to her, Li-Na keeps her voice barely above a whisper.

"This is definitely one of the places we need to check out, but getting past that shadow thing is going to be hard. I have an idea. If I can shake them, I'll join you inside. But if not, you'll be on your own. Either we, we should make this fast."

Fast, but very, very quiet.

Getting up the mountain was the easy part. Even with the snow and ice, her boots have ridiculously amazing traction. Which meant she was the one that went first to anchor a rope for everyone else.

Deciphering the hieroglyphs once they get inside? That takes some time. As Li-Na swipes through the photos she's taken on her phone, she can't help the shiver they goes down her spine.

"Is this... about us?"

Li-Na isn't really interested in the new exhibit, though she spends a few minutes looking through it to be polite. No, what she's looking for is something she's come to see more than once since coming to Recolle. The arm museum's Degas collection. When Li-Na finds the gallery of small Degas statues, she knows she's close. And sure enough, in the next room over, the walls are lined with paintings of dance studios. There's only one problem.

There isn't a single dancer in any of the paintings.

Li-Na lets out a confused sound as she looks from frame to frame, wondering if she's just seeing things. But it's more a factor of not seeing things. All of the dancers in the room have exited stage left, except for The Little Fourteen-Year-Old Dancer on her pedestal in the middle of the room.

That is, until she lightly leaps down to the floor, executes a pirouette, and jetés from the room.

"W-Wait!"
