Rinka gives the river of creepy grabby hands a very dubious look as she backs away. She thinks she could phase through the hands, but at the same time, she doesn't really want to. Which leaves the second river and it's steam.
"Here goes..."
Rinka lets herself go intangible. The trick is making sure she says in contact with the ground. But she's noticed her control over her phasing has gotten better of late, which is the only reason she's willing to try walking through this river.
She takes a step forward, then two, then three, until the water laps through her ankles. She stands there for a moment. Nothing. Great. She turns back to someone still on the shore and holds out her hand.
"I've not tried to phase someone before, but I'm pretty sure I should be able to do it, if you want to try."
Go on, let her try.

Rinka doesn't think much of the first gate. Perfect little suburbia lifestyle? As if. After all, that's where she lives, Suburbia, where everyone tries to be perfect and everyone is fake. Her family is no exception.
So it doesn't take her long to start smashing cameras once the eyes appear. She might not have much technique yet with her batons, but they're still great for breaking things.
"Stop looking at me!"
For one, it's creepy. For another, she's kind of feeling self conscious over the ears peaking through the mane her hair has become.

"Does anyone have a brush I can borrow? And maybe some elastics?"
Rinka sits on a block of concrete at the base camp, trying to tame the mess her hair has become due to her horse traits. Being able to run faster than she previously could is pretty cool, but this hair keeps getting in her way. Please help her brush and braid it. Please.
