Rinka is dealing with a 'multi-tasking' trait and frankly it's a little out of control (ignoring the fact humans can't actually multi-task b/c they end up switch-tasking instead). There is only so much tasking her brain can keep track of, and right now texting her Japanese study group about when they're going to meet (in Japanese, b/c they enjoy hard mode) while walking across the street is not meshing with also paying attention to traffic.

Please stop this girl before she gets herself run over Mr Police Officer.
