And yes. I feel... how do I put this? I don't feel stiff. I feel that, with a stretch, my body will move in any way that I want it to. There's no slowness or weakness to it, and my heart barely seems to pick up, compared to when I would be jogging. I have to really put in an effort to get my heart rate to go up. It's... strange to feel this way.
