Ryoji places his order of tea and, because Chloe insists, half a dozen hazelnut Pirouline wafers to share.

"Oh! You worked for his parents?" he asks as he steps aside for Chloe to place her order as well, leaning with his back to the counter so he can keep one eye on Chloe and the other around the shop for an empty booth. "I guess I never thought of a time where Mikoto wasn't the owner, but he's young enough that it must be recent...
