[The next photo album definitely seems more recent - there are pictures from Recollé in here! Many of them are from before the physical changes Jaeger received, but if you keep flipping through there are plenty near the end where he's got the stupid hair.
Some of the photos are of Leviathan's Claw or other locations around the city - there are even some taken of the cityscape at night, probably from somewhere high up. The majority of the pictures are of people, though; you'll probably recognize most of them! You're in here, along with Elda, Jaeger's employees, and of course there's Wesker too. There are even some selfies Jaeger's apparently managed to convince Wesker into taking with him!
