But sometimes people won't be able to take care of their foals or chicobos—that's what baby chocobos are called—at their own stables, or they figured out it was a lot harder to take care of them not too long into ownership after someone's birthday, so they send them here, yes. Normal pet shelters can't take care of them properly.
