Hi Abi! It's at the top right here:
"The city of Recollé. With everything that happened in the last month, the townspeople are excited to proceed with their festivities as normal. The Mayor, though a little wary of public appearances now, makes his way through town atop
his beloved Chocobo, Seabiscuit
, a megaphone in his hand and shouting to everyone he passes.
"Welcome to Founder's Day! Let's do our part and celebrate the city that we love."
