-Kei could be... let's just be polite and say *grim* at the best of times, so while his response wasn't exactly surprising, it did feel a bit more like a dagger in her heart than it was probably (no, definitely) intended. Between that and everything else that was choking up her chest, the anxious heat that settled in any time she thought about her feelings for Sakura lately, she had to pause a moment to really gather her thoughts back up before she could even think of how to respond.-

It's... It's not that *easy*, Kei. -It's almost incredulous. Emotionally stunted, sure, but hell, he had to know better than that, right?- Just because I know this will only cause problems doesn't change how I feel. I can't just... let it go, you know?
