[It's easier to distance oneself from a tragedy, even if Wesker experienced it semi-first hand. Still, Mohammed isn't happy with the lack of emotion. Who wouldn't be upset at the deaths of millions? Where's the righteous anger?]

Wait, so that world was doomed? Aren't there measures to stop an epidemic?
