SHUJI
The fact that Sakura has a selection of anime styled skulls to choose from in the first place should be worrying, but when she's called to bring one - she brings a selection. ]
I'm sorry to keep you waiting!
[ she says enthusiastically as she drags a suitcase over to the meeting place that he indicated. ]
I'm not sure which one you wanted so I brought all the ones I could find...
no subject
[That is a sentence that would be very concerning in other situations. But it's cosplay, so no big.]
As long as I can lift it, I think any skull would be fine.
no subject
[ She says, scratching the back of her head. ]
I just, you know. Collect things that might be good for a costume.
[ With that, she opens the suitcase. She's got at least five skulls in there, ranging from actual human sized ones to ones about the size of an apple. Not all of them are just bone white, but some are gold plated, some are made of resin and some are even made of some sort of transparent crystalline material. ]
Um, let's see.
[ She picks out one in particular and holds it up to him. ]
This?
no subject
...Though that's really cool, where did you get that?
[Even if it's not his ideal for this bingo challenge, maybe he could use one like it some other time. Somehow.]
no subject
[ She says, going back into the suitcase and looking for a more anatomically correct skull. A little plain and it looked like it was taken one of those display skeletons from a clinic, but it should work. ]
How's this?
no subject
I'll be done in a couple minutes and you can have your skull back then, so you might as well stay around and watch.
[They're in a public park for this very reason, so he can efficiently return the skull.]
no subject
[ he's not going to do some sort of necrophilia thing in the middle of the park?! or worse - black magic? ]
no subject
[He picks the nearest park bench to stand on, and holds the skull up, facing it. And then, in a loud voice...]
Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio, a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy. He hath borne me on his back a thousand times, and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! My gorge rises at it. Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know not how oft. —Where be your gibes now? Your gambols? Your songs? Your flashes of merriment that were wont to set the table on a roar? Not one now to mock your own grinning? Quite chapfallen? Now get you to my lady’s chamber and tell her, let her paint an inch thick, to this favor she must come. Make her laugh at that.
[...He at least has the words memorized, and his delivery is decent, even if he's embarrassed to be doing this in public. But it's the center square, so he has to do it.]

Sakura's not sure what to make of this performance other than the fact that it was totally cool how much he memorised of this... thing.
But it was still impressive, and after a minutes of silence, she starts clapping.
And so do the passerbyes with them. There's a lot of applause for this impromptu performance. ]

Beaming, Shuji takes a bow, before hopping down from the park bench. He returns to Sakura and holds out her skull.]
That's all I needed it for, thanks.

[ Sakura was not a smart cookie, she didn't do well at school. Heck, she probably doesn't recognise it as being Shakespeare at all. ]

[ She frowns. This was bringing up some memories that she didn't like talking about. ]
When I was in school, my English was really bad and we had to read Hamlet. I didn't understand any of it.
[ Sakura takes the skull back and holds it in her hands, looking at it intently. ]
I asked my dad to get my a Japanese translation of it, but he said I wouldn't learn that way...
no subject
If you had a translation, that'd make it easier to learn, since you could compare.
[GRUMBLE.]
no subject
[ She scratches her head, trying to deflect how awkward sharing that felt. ]
But you did super good!
no subject
[So it was difficult, but he is going to Destroy this bingo card.]
no subject
[ Time to pack up those skulls now, back into her suitcase. ]
Remember, if you ever need anymore props I'm here.
no subject
Thanks! And if you need anything for your bingo, just let me know and I'll help out if I can.
no subject
Oh... by telling you my sad story, you already helped me out.
[ Well that was surprising. ]
I'm sorry to be such a downer!
[ followed by ]
You've been really helpful, I couldn't ask for more!

[And to be sympathetic when it comes to stupid assignments in English class.]
