It is especially since they kind of threw this at us out of no where. At least you can do some of it then right?

I'm Ritsu, and nice to meet you, Sorey. It seems we're going to be learning some secrets so it's good we know each others name, right?

Yeah. I've been working with my roommate on them, at least.

[He holds out his hand for a brief handshake.] Ritsu! Nice to meet you. Yeah, I figured we might as well learn each other's names.

Want me to go first? Since I suggested it.

At least you have help then.

[Taking it he shakes Sorey's hand, it was only recently that he started to make friends.] Yeah.

Sure, if you have one?

[He nods. Sorey might be generous with his time and energy, but he's actually a fairly private person. It isn't often that he allows others to pry into his problems, and he prefers to carry the burden himself if necessary.

It's a terrible secret that he imparts upon this stranger. Terrible indeed.]

I spoil my cat silly. Mikleo told me not to, but I feed her treats when he's not around. I can't help it! Those big eyes, the... tiny pink nose... It's too much.

[The same goes for Ritsu, he honestly doesn't talk to a lot of people so it wasn't like he was a big talker about his private matters. So in all honesty he doesn't expect most people to tell important things to strangers.]

[He seems so heartfelt with how he feels about lying to his friend.]

Is she getting fat?

[Sorey grins sheepishly.]

Hard to tell, honestly. She's growing super fast. But I can't say no, you know? She's my first pet...

That makes sense...plus cats are really cute.

[He has to think about his secret for a moment...]

I didn't have friends before college...and now it's only been recently.

[He never really brought it up to people because he usually keeps to himself before this weird app stuff started.]

[Sorey blinks as Ritsu offers a slightly more dire kind of secret. He's surprised to hear it. Ritsu doesn't seem like the kind of person who chases others away.]

Really? I never would've known. You really seem like you've got it together-- and you're really nice.

[strayknight]

They just would leave.

[He has a pretty strong feeling about this, but he is kind of hopeful it might not happen like before.]

I am?

[openhanded]

Yep! On both counts. You offered to help me with my bingo. And you've got this... coolness... It's so effortless. It's like, 'I've transcended this existence!'-- or something.

[He smiles easily.]

We can be friends too, if you'd like.

[strayknight]

[Ritsu stares at him for a moment then nods. This guy was really easy-going wasn't he? It was pretty impressive.]

Okay...if you want to be friends?

[openhanded]

[Ritsu must be easygoing too if he's just agreeing to it.]

I do!

[He grins and reaches out to clasp Ritsu's shoulder lightly, briefly, before pulling back.]

See, now you have another friend!

[Easygoing is an understatement for Ritsu.]

Then we're friends?

[People were a lot nicer than he expected here.]

You're pretty energetic?

[Ritsu's true identity is none other than Cool Guy. Obviously.]

Haha, I guess you could say that. [He blushes a little and rubs at the back of his head.] I have a lot going on, so I can't really afford to be anything else.

Are you going to school here? [He can't pin an age on Ritsu-- the difficulties of teenagers/early twenties.]

It seems like a lot of work.

[Ritsu nods to the question and yawns softly.]

Yeah, I'm in college. [He pokes at him a little.] Trying to see how young I am?

It is, but I was playing catch-up for last year.

[He doesn't elaborate.]

Not for any particular reason! Just-- depending on if you were in high school or not, I might be the student teacher. But since you're in college that won't be the case.

I'll be graduating next May, and then it's off to the amazing world of digging stuff up for adults. What about you?

[Ritsu doesn't want to dive to much into it...]

Yeah, I'm in college so not doing anything yet. I'm not sure what field to even go into...but with the weird memories I might as well do music.

You like history then?
